18 days to go to break the habit

They say that it takes 21 days to change or break a habit. I am day 3 into changing my previous smoking habit. As I have said before, I have tried to quit smoking many times, but this time seems to be much easier for me.

I am more motivated to quit than before, because now I have others counting on me to be healthy. I seem to be concentrating more on on quitting than in the past. Maybe more focused and deliberate.

Another difference is writing this helps too. I guess it makes me more accountable for my actions even if there is nobody out there reading this. I realize that I am accountable for myself.

I am feeling better everyday.
